Job Description
        Gather and analyze project requirements from Creative team, Account Servicing team and Client;
收集和分析来自于团队，主要是创意、客户部门及客户的要求。
        Understand the concept and art direction from Creative Team and deliver excellent quality work;
理解创意部门的创意及设计风格， 根据设计内容完成工作。
        Work with team lead to define the interactive design direction of the project. This includes the animation, transition effect, visual feedback, etc;
与部门主管合作制定互动设计风格，包括动画， 视觉效果等。
        Lead 1 or 2 junior interactive designers to produce design layout and digital assets for web application integration.  These digital assets include HTML production, static images (jpg, gif), animation effects, and whatever necessary;
带领1-2名初级设计师制作网页页面及素材，以及整合整个网站。包括HTML制作，图像处理（JPG, GIF）、动画效果等等。
        Work closely with designer and programmer to fine tune layout and animation effects with quality control.

Requirements
        Degree holder in Multimedia Design, Art Design or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of working experience;
        At least 1 years experiences of working as a designer/interactive designer in the digital agency / web related company.  Experience as a team leader is definitely a plus;
        Able to speak and write in English;
        Proficient in Flash.
        Proficient in 2 or more of the following design tools: Photoshop, Dreamweaver,  Illustrator, Expression;
        Able to follow the art direction from creative team to compose layout with good design quality;
        Excellent art sense as well as interactive design sense to deliver excellent design works;
        Strong problem solving, interpersonal & communication skills and team player; and
        Able to work independently and under pressure.
