Job Location:    Beijing, PRC
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Manager and Engineers to define user models, streamline experiences and produce high-leve--flows, detailed UI mockups and production-leve--pages.
- Think of creative solutions to complex problems and proactively propose improvements to the existing product.
- Designing interfaces for multiple platforms that can scale and extend elegantly.
- Responsible for developing production-leve--page as wel--as proof-of-concept and prototypes.
You?ˉl--probably be working on web search projects, socia--search products, and innovative search products on mobile devices
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field
- Expert in Photoshop, Flash, Powerpoint, or related tools.
- Excellent visua--design sense and strong sense in user interaction design
- Proven record of delivering UI and interaction design for user-oriented products
- Excellent communication and team interaction skills in Chinese and English.
Preferable Job Qualifications:
-- Design experience on mobile devices (iphone, ipad, android, etc.) is a strong plus
-- HTML/XHTML, Javascript, CSS, Flex and Ajax skills
-- Coding skil--in server-side scripts, such as PHP and python

Responsibilities:
?1?7?1?7 Collaborate with Mobile Platform development, QA, build / release engineer and service engineer teams on design of release management planning, product?ˉs installation, configuration, and deployment processes.
?1?7?1?7 Create and maintain Mobile Platform software packaging for all environments according to Yahoo Best practices.
?1?7?1?7 Manage and execute Mobile Platform deployment between all environments including coordination of production releases with operations.
?1?7?1?7 Create, maintain and manage software deployment automation.
?1?7?1?7 Responsible for gathering, tracking, supplying and training of all the Yahoo?ˉs build release tools and best practices that are required to develop and build software.
?1?7?1?7 Backup for software continuous integration and build automation when necessary.

Requirements:
?1?7?1?7 Bachelor degree in IT, CS, or related technical discipline
?1?7?1?7 Proven years experience as a Linux/Unix release engineer
?1?7?1?7 Proven experience developing software build and deployment plan and strategies.
?1?7?1?7 Has led or initiated a software release or configuration process across multiple environments (Development, QA, Production)
?1?7?1?7 Knowledge of agile SDLC, software configuration management practices, release management methodologies and production deployment.
?1?7?1?7 Knowledge of software packing management system such as RPM.
?1?7?1?7 Expert skills building, packaging and distribution of signed packages written in Java, C++ and Php
?1?7?1?7 Expert scripting skills such as Perl
?1?7?1?7 Experiences with Maven and GNU make.
?1?7?1?7 Expert with at least one source control system such as Subversion, CVS or Perforce
?1?7?1?7 Experience with continuous integration systems and post build steps.
?1?7?1?7 Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description
?1?7?1?7 Successfully managing the correct project scope and driving the projects with high quality on schedule within budget.
?1?7?1?7 Identifying and managing the internal and external dependencies/issues and working on the resolutions of these issues with the teams across the organizational boundary.
?1?7?1?7 Forseeing&managing the risks during the cause of the project execution and communicating them to all the stakeholders; Working with them to mitigate the risks in a timely manner.
?1?7?1?7 Managing the expectations of the stakeholders in terms of project scope, schedule and resources during project planning, implementation and release phases.

You will be expected to work with whoever is deemed necessary to ensure project success. You will also be an advocate and champion of repeatable processes (e.g. software development, project management). And you will be expected to work as an evangelist to promote internally/externally the products/projects that we work on.

Job Qualification

?1?7?1?7 5+ years of IT industry experience including 3+ years in Project and/or Program Management.
?1?7?1?7 Strong understanding on both SDLC and Agile development (such as Scrum, XP) methodologies.
?1?7?1?7 Proven track record of bringing in large software projects on time, in budget and with quality.
?1?7?1?7 Experience in managing projects in an Internet environment and Mobile space a plus.
?1?7?1?7 Experience in Requirements Management, Customer handling (setting expectations, relationship management, negotiating on issues), Project Planning, Effort Estimation and Risk Management, Impact Analysis, etc..
?1?7?1?7 Ability to manage ambiguityin requirements, scope etc..
?1?7?1?7 Ability to work in a matrix environment, collaborate with multi-site cross-functional teams across multiple time-zones.
?1?7?1?7 Excellent communication skills in English
?1?7?1?7 A true team player and relationship builder
?1?7?1?7 Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
